This blog is an investigation of what difference it makes if I can remember every day that passes. It also explores the science around memory and the role of intermittent fasting in delaying memory loss and other effects of ageing.

About Me

My photo
Lembran Sar
I found it difficult to remember what I was doing this time last week, this time last month. When I read there are people who can remember every day of their lives, I thought I'd try to improve my memory and see where it got me. If you would like to try, read my post on Starting out, which tells you how I form memory tags. Also take a look at my post on how it began and my mental calendar. I am now approaching ten years of this experiment. To see how the methods I use to refresh the memory tags have change over time see the posts tagged "How I remember".
